Ich nicht spreche deutsch :( aber ich lerne deutsch
I think the nicht goes after the verb in German. Technically does in English as well as you say "I don't speak German" where "do" is the verb being negated
According to Duolingo it goes as "Ich spreche kein Deutsch"
