There are ways that humans can build skyscrapers in a matter of a couple of weeks. We just don't tend to do it because time isn't really an important factor and it's expensive.

I'm sure we could make skyscraper building robots capable of completing the construction in a matter of hours, I'm just not sure where the utility in doing that is.
