The point is to show that there are people who are not afraid of being bullied by 47. His entire plan falls apart if enough people stand up to him, so encouraging people to do so help build up to that critical mass. Maybe it'll even encourage some of those with power to grow a spine.
Hope so yeah. Everyone is scared to lose their career.
To be fair, losing your career or your business is pretty bad. It makes it hard for individuals, or single businesses, to stand up on their own. Standing together is the way to deal with that though.
