Avoiding nearly all sugars + mental conditioning to be ok with mild hunger
Ill drink water if I’m hungry or have a hard boiled egg and then just…deal with being hungry 🤷♀️ if I really need a snack I try to make it something very small and high fat/protein but ultimately there’s no avoiding having to mentally endure some hunger
I also switched to smaller bowls and plates because psychologically the mind is indeed somewhat fooled by finishing 1 plate of food, even if it’s a smaller plate
