Calling it people at that point is just stupid anti-abortion propaganda though. If there's no brain yet there's no sane reason to consider it a person.
Not if you consider 'us' to be the people old enough to read a post like this.
Thus the quotation marks on people. Nature loves a good abortion, it happens so much we as humans fail out as assholes all the time.
