I need a solution that turns posts on a site with no rss into a feed to be read locally by my rss reader as full articles. Ideally it would be used for webcomics posted on bluesky and mastodon, and for news sites.

Ah, so you want something that works automatically on sites where you only have client access. That's a little outside my bailiwick but if you haven't found a solution by mid-January, send me a line and I should have time to whip something up and host it myself for you.
