You did nothing wrong, people are just trying hard to find sexism where there is none. That template has always been 2 people thinking they have the same opinion but actually being very different. Could reverse those two and suddenly there would be no issues for them
It was always the opposite in this template tho, with the girl being well versed in something and the guy being a newbie or whatever
