I’d go with the space station which is armed to the teeth.
Edit: wildcards are Janeway doing a time travel and Geordi+Data doing a technobabble.
The space station when it was armed to the teeth. I will remind you that at the beginning of the show they were woefully undersupplied and had a single digit number of torpedoes (I believe six), all of which Sisko fired at the Cardassians in a bluff to make them go away. Once we get to the war against the Jem'hadar and they allow O'Brien to festoon all the surfaces of the station with guns, then we're really talking.
Kira fired the torpedos. I wanna say that was when Sisko and Dax were in the wormhole.
But they were also wholly prepared for war when the Klingon Fleet showed up, probably long before that too after Starfleet really got situated.
But with all the weapons the station had DS9 could probably have half a dozen phaser banks fire on a single ship at once with just as many photon launchers firing full spreads of torpedos.
they filled it with 5000 photon torpedos and many heavy phaser batteries. plus the enhanced anti-polaran shielding.
