So, it turns out he didnt say that. Well, not exactly. He did say that "gay sex" was anything that wasnt about "making babies", but he wasnt saying dont give your wife an orgasm. He was talking about having sex just to get an orgasm being materialistic.

The greater point seems to be about being against women being on birth control. I dont know, as I couldnt stand listening to him talk for very long.

Hes making a blanket statement about sex for reasons other than making babies. He says having sex just to have an orgasm, is gay sex. Not that he does, or if you make your lady cum, its gay.

I think it's a case of them thinking what the title says, but knowing it makes them look shitty, so trying to couch it in a way that makes it open to interpretation, or at the very least gives them plausible deniability.
Like a lot of right wing commentators/popular people. Talk bullshit around the point everyone knows you're making, so when people call you out on it you can go "I specifically say that, so that's not true, and you're actually the ass hole for acusing me of it"
