I do believe that would insinuate a desire to perform sodomy in a domineering fashion, over said person.
Sodomy is of course inferred by the presumed gender of both individuals. There could of course be other penetrative sexual acts (as such is the strict connotation of the verb "fuck", in this context), not necessarily sodomy, though barring other qualifiers, it is the default.
To perform a penetrative sexual act, it is assumed that the person making the statement has a member capable of performing said act. This may be organic or prosthetic, and some may who have an organic member may choose to use a prosthetic, or elect a champion as part of the original phrasing (I.e. "fuck (subject) with a donkey dick"). What is important, however, is that the speaker has some capability of performing the penetrative sexual activity prior to making the statement, or, at a minimum, a concept of a plan.
Right. So is fucking someone a bad thing? A good thing? Or does it depend on whether the recipient wants to be fucked? If we're using fuck as an insult, we're implying that it's bad, right? If not, then why is it different for sucking cock?
Ultimately there is no good or bad, only fuck-all.
It's wildly open to interpretation, really. IMO, it's a bad thing if it's under duress or force, or for the purposes of leverage, embarrassment, blackmail, etc.
Unless, of course, those are mutually enjoyable kinks, and there is prior consent and, usually, established boundaries and/or safe words, where applicable.
