Alright, I'll bite. That baby is perfectly fine and probably enjoying watching their mom Do Things (babies love this for some reason). Obviously not the safest being where you could drop a skeeball on them, but Mom is very aware of that I'm sure. Laying face up on the ground is actually safer than trying to precariously hold them and risking dropping them.
Right?
My concern is the cleanliness of that patch of floor though.
Kids build their immune systems with dirt.
As in go play outside, and be with friends.
Not as in put your face on the arcade floor.
The baby is on their back. Their face is pointing up. It doesn't seem to be old enough to crawl away, so I don't think there's a danger of the baby rubbing their face on the floor. The mom stepping on it, kicking it, or dropping an errant skeeball on it accidentally seems plausible.
That was a bit of hyperbole on my part.
The baby has hands, the hands are on the floor, the hands are soon to be in the baby's mouth. That's what I was getting at. When a baby is on the floor, floor dirt will be getting in the baby's mouth.
That is good for the baby and probably adults too
For sure. No way I'm putting my kid on the floor at Chuck E Cheese. Just asking for the plague at that point.
That baby is most certainly not fine! Clearly you have never played skee ball. It is not uncommon for the ball to come back down the ramp or for you to drop one on the floor
