So the plan is to identify people who find joy in the appropriate treatment of a fascist and then get them fired from their jobs. Some will take it on the chin and move on, sure, but others might find a bunch of new free time in their schedules plus a fresh axe to grind and decide they have nothing left to lose. Couldn't possibly backfire.

Or we could use it to organize meetups and make friends (maybe some non-shitty employers could find people with a sudden need for a new job?) who aren't fence-sitters on the subject of evil.
It's a bad idea and one I'm not serious about but would be a funny unintended consequence.
people already reporting on reddit, mostly teachers are getting fired over this. really smart move from school district suffering from shortages.
