Didn’t ask for ID or question their victim before cuffing him.

Didn’t have reasonable suspicion to even interact with him beyond the color of his skin.

If they come for you, fight back like your life is over, because it is. Whether they decide to ship you directly to a foreign prison, or drag you through all sorts of crippling hassle in the US first, you're fucked.
