They've removed the parts they don't want from their site. They've taken out half of article 8, all of article 9, and all of article 10 on their site. While these articles still exist in the actual constitution, they are now officially pretending they don't. This includes Habeas Corpus, amongst other things, including parts that could limit blue states rights to stand up economically for themselves.

Call your reps, your senators. This is some Ministry of Truth shit.

Edit:

compare the congress site: U.S. Constitution | Constitution Annotated | Congress.gov | Library of Congress https://share.google/DyDCD1NkRvniSH9bH

To the actual constitution: Full Text of the U.S. Constitution | Constitution Center https://share.google/8hzWpmqTtEOEi8uer

Right to a day in court.

It's Latin for to have the body.

I understood the Latin part, but it didn't make sense and my best guess was something like "having the body" or maybe "owning the body" translates to something like "your right to your body is invulnerable and thus no one is allowed to hurt/kill/torture/... you". But this interpretation didn't make obvious sense to me (especially considering that the US still has a death sentence)
