They've removed the parts they don't want from their site. They've taken out half of article 8, all of article 9, and all of article 10 on their site. While these articles still exist in the actual constitution, they are now officially pretending they don't. This includes Habeas Corpus, amongst other things, including parts that could limit blue states rights to stand up economically for themselves.

Call your reps, your senators. This is some Ministry of Truth shit.

Edit:

compare the congress site: U.S. Constitution | Constitution Annotated | Congress.gov | Library of Congress https://share.google/DyDCD1NkRvniSH9bH

To the actual constitution: Full Text of the U.S. Constitution | Constitution Center https://share.google/8hzWpmqTtEOEi8uer

I heard about this last night. I expected it to be all over the news and Reddit this morning. But, no.

Too many other fires to hype to worry about our fucking Constitution being erased.

Yes, I know they can't just erase it... or can they? I mean, who the fuck is going to stop them? They really are just waiting for us to start shooting at them, aren't they?

I just checked Reddit and it’s literally the top post on /r/all. Or whatever it’s called these days. It’s on /r/law.

Edited to add: I sorted by Best, so YMMV.
