Doing so would cost the natural park service money and it's not their fault that they're being forced to put these signs up.

Imagine getting forced to wear a target and then getting shot. Then getting blamed for getting shot because you were wearing a target.
I'm not concerned about it costing them money. I'm concerned about it costing them enough money that the government sells their land off and we lose them forever.
