It's a joke to think the current administration needs any real reason to arrest anyone for anything.
Do Americans not have laws against making false calls to law enforcement?
ICE isn't law enforcement, per se. They're immigration enforcement that you do not use a protected line, like 911, to call. There is no law maintaining you cannot call the ICE line.
