Great picture but who's the woman in the whitish dress? Judging by her neck, she's not underage, so why does she get to be blurred out?

I think to put the emphasis on the people that matter - the high profile pedos and the now-first-lady when that photo came out. I'm guessing the woman in white was just some unfortunate socialite who had nothing to do with the matter at hand.

Don't be so quick to judge. Even the worst people mingle with innocent ones. There are thousands of photos of Hitler laughing with ordinary folks who haven't done anything.
