Trump is probably on the list, so he has to protect that. The Democrats had it during their entire presidency; even if they didn't want turmoil during their time in office, they could have released it after their presidential defeat and before Trump took office.

it's almost like humans, in general, are huge corrupt pieces of shit when they become wealthy and powerful.

The fallacy of overgeneralization. I've never heard of Warren Buffet doing anything malicious, he's just really good at investing.

  • disowned his granddaughter because she was interviewed on a documentary about the wealthy
  • propublica published and article pointing out the hypocrisies of his trading ethics and what he publicly states are his ethics
  • in 2008 he invested $5bln in Goldman Sachs, the company that is considered ground zero for the 2008 recession
  • continues to support and invest in fossil fuels despite the clear evidence of the dangers to our planet
  • has been accused of multiple cases of insider trading his entire career

he's no monster, sure. he's also no saint either. he's guilty of being complicit with the current class warfare and division of equality in the world. not only that, he has profited directly by the suffering of people.

to me, that makes him a bad person. I'm sure he'll lose lots of sleep over that.

He also bought a lot of land and housing with Berkshire, including prefab houses and trailers, taking over poor people properties and making them more expensive
