The point of being executive is that you take responsibility for the company. Why else are they there for?
Well yes, that's what they're supposed to be doing...but how many CEOs are actually held properly accountable for the shit their companies do?

The point of being an executive is depositing huge checks while serving on the boards of other companies and voting for their executives' huge checks. Are you new to this planet?
