I think maybe you're trying to be a jerk, but you keep calling them a pendant... Which is literally, not technically, a piece of jewelry that hangs from a chain worn around the neck.
"Shitposting" describes the act, not the content. Posting content "that took little to no effort" to produce is just spam. It doesn't matter if a human made it or not.
The content is just absurd, stupid, or controversial. I would say genai images fit that, too.
