Checked all products i regularly buy on who "the real owner" is and ditched every brand that is US owned for a european one.
Currently trying to get Linux Mint to run on a notebook; once this works, i will switch the os on my gaming pc to a linux as well and afterwards teach my mom (76) how to use Mint on her pc.

Wrong year.
1939 was the start of WW2, true - but the Seizure of Power ("Machtergreifung") of the Nazis in Germany was 30.01.1933.
