Fusion isn't going to function fully. I think the cloud integration pipeline messes with it. You're better off with OnShape.

FreeCAD is fine with addons but it's just not streamlined in my experience.

If it weren't for CAD I'd have a linux workstation.

ATI was bought by AMD in 2006 and the brand name phased out by 2010. So there's still ATI cards, there just AMD instead.

Odd. Not even folded and subsequently unfolded in front of the clerk?

Yes let's set strict global rules on pricing of goods and a living standard of wage as well as rent capped at 10-20% income based(not real estate). Then companies can be taxed to provide health insurance and housing for everyone. Finally we can ensure 97+% employment by setting full time to 20hr a week with 3mo vacation mandatory minimum. I suppose in that world Capitalism sounds A-OK to me.

Simple small changes no biggie

They were always frequent and endless in the places I've lurked since the early days. It could have increased here with the influx of ex-redditors.

Using a reflective surface such as aluminum foil on the windows (shiny facing outside) will help. I've used contact spray adhesive on cardboard cut to size of window before. You can also get the bubble-wrap aluminum insulation.

Cut temps in my old studio from food-safe poultry temp to near ambient on the 100+F/40+C days.

Tbh id settle for a split difference, just get rid of the time shift. It's more of an issue in the winter.

But more evening sun means better light for evening events. I don't know of too many early morning events other than work/commute and fuck the boss' extra 5% productivity from the average person, I'd rather drive in the dark.

I believe we're well on our way to developing the worlds first slap coefficient.

[โ€“] untorquer@lemmy.world 0 points 4 days ago (3 children)

They haven't considered rate of slap. Significant heat transfer to environment even at 10 slaps per second.

They're also assuming sea level standard atmospheric conditions. You may need to reduce rate of slap at altitude.

I was going to say west coast US has long used "like" as a filler word but the more i look at it the more I'm thinking where you place emphasis matters here. If emphasis is placed on "looks" instead of "this" then it could just as well be more British.
