Mianjin (seitan) or vegan ramen. Both super time consuming and hard but awesome!

I find it better because I can choose exactly which feeds, websites, and creators I see all in one feed. Therefore there is little chance of seeing something I have deemed undesirable. I also like it because I can follow people I like on youtube without having to sign in! :) Prior to making my own lemmy instance I would follow specific coms and reddit subs too. Now I don't do that because I just ban rude people or coms.

Also, I rarely go to new sites. Accessing them via RSS allows me to only read content without ads or trash articles not related to the feed I want.

Finally, it brings all content together. Humans are lazy. It's hard to go to a ton of different sites to form an opinion. It's much easier to put it all in one place! :)

Have a good night! Sounds like a good way to not take in any bad news, haha

Getting news via RSS feeds helps. I also cut out what is obvious just bad and getting worse for instance Gaza and Westbank via EI news. I know its getting worse but I cannot take hearing about every death.

Also, I think realizing most doesn't affect you individually is helpful.

@TeamAssimilation@infosec.pub Why did you report my comment???

Reason: Honest question: why docker if a simple git command is enough?

Ultimately are being, actions, and decisions are made up from a web of inter-being and connections. If there is an us we are most certainly influenced greatly by external factors.

I mean I’m not sure! The way you worded accounts being deleted or repos made me think you meant in general

Edit Yeah you say worth preserving. So for me I will go back those up!

When in China I love a nice big apartment because that’s what most families have access to especially if you want to live downtown. Countryside houses are nice but I prefer being able to just go out and do what I want. That said, I recently was walking around the countryside with my child and it is quite nice. Only 5 drive to small city and 20 to big city.

In America I 100% prefer a big house. I’ve lived in all of the above and since most American cities suck imo I would prefer to have my own land and space. Really makes me miss living in eastern piedmont with beautiful mountain views every time you get up.

In Japan I would also want a house! Best of both worlds were you can have your own big house and live downtown. You might not have much of a yard though. My dream would be this would a backyard big enough to play with the family, grill, and hang laundry.

I think the biggest ones that would suck if lost would be Qbit, Jellyfin, and Trilium. Qbit because it download and share a lot with it. Jellyfin because of most of my family’s media consumption is via it. And trilium because most of my notes from the past year plus are there plus imported others. It’s essential.
