Yep, if your search engine of choice supports it, using 'before:2022' yields drastically better search results.

I recommend the series, I'm currently on the third, listening to the audiobook (I don't think there's any downside to listening over reading if the text is translated)

I watched the Netflix show too beforehand, but I don't remember it that well. I think it was pretty faithful to the book, although it definitely left some things out.

We can make a human computer to predict the motion of the suns in the sky. But we might have trouble keeping secrets...

If rhythm games are on the table, I'd like to recommend Sayonara Wild Hearts. It honestly doesn't really meet the criteria of this post, (it's more flashy than cozy, more feminine than girly, and it does have some combat) but it's really good.

ooh, kimchi in ramen sounds interesting, I may try that...

Start with miso or vegetable broth, with dark soy sauce, pepper/paprika, MSG, and maybe a little garlic if you're feeling it. (Light soy sauce too if you don't use the flavor packet, I use the soy sauce flavor top ramen packet though)

Add silken tofu, bok choy, and mushrooms (I like enoki and shiitake)

Wait a bit, add noodles, let it cook.

Drizzle some toasted sesame oil on top

Eat with chopsticks and slurp the broth!

Ugh, headlines have gotten so bad these days. I clicked because I was curious why they did a 180 on policy....

I don't understand how people would rather see ads and be tracked than flip a few switches.

That being said, I do think TC would be vastly better if it had per app defaults that guarantee that everything works out of the box.

It would be like castrating the entire penis and testicles.

More like removing the glans and foreskin, but that doesn't make it much better. There are definitely varying degrees of awfulness, but it's all bad.

While there are some truly evil and horrific practices like removing the clitoris or sewing the vulva shut, some female genital mutation is "just" removing the clitoral hood, which is directly analagous to the foreskin.

Most people can agree that this practice is deeply wrong, and that it is still genital mutilation. And so I think categorizing male genital mutilation separately as "circumcision" is downplaying it.

<3 is named that for a reason. The thread pitch is pretty versatile, it's not too long, it's countersunk, and it's Robertson.

Torx/Robertson > Allen >>> Phillips

Hex and Slot can both be the best option in certain situations.

I think I'll go with # <3. Medium threads, shorter length, and countersink.
