Agreed. It’s easier to justify increased policing and other restrictive policies if everyone is afraid of being shot.

Then we should be tracking down and firing everyone involved from all parties? Not disagreeing with the approach necessarily, but I assume you’d want it to be even handed.

I’m glad he owned it honestly, it’s more responsibility than I expected to see him take.

All the stores started putting little Canada flag stickers by the price tags for made in Canada stuff. Unfortunately it does not differentiate by Canadian companies owned by American companies (like Tim Horton’s).

Depends on the context. Chilean probably.

However I would stick with the one that is likely to get you into the least trouble in that situation.People really shouldn’t judge people based on where they come from, but they do. So if you know the safe answer go with that, or avoid answering.

They’ve always been right leaning as a news source but this is getting silly. If we don’t want to be state 51 we need to hold ourselves (and our media) to a higher standard.
