All of the above, and probably the airport, TSA, and anyone else with deep pockets.

She should sue them all anyway.

I just was posting in a thread about boycotts, and mentioned how most shitty companies that are being called for boycotts are companies I started boycotting long ago, and my example was United.

I've already been boycotting them for years, for destroying guitars, and beating their passengers unconscious, or just offering the highest prices for the worst service, which is the main reason I avoid them. I just want to get to another airport, and Im happy with doing it the cheapeat way, as long as they don't destroy my guitar or beat me senseless.

Nah, I'd just tell them that I could absolutely render a judgement based on the evidence, which is true. I wouldn't share that I think Luigi saved thousands of potential victims from an unrepentant Corporate Serial Killer, which is Defense of Others, not murder.

In doubt it, if they had hard evidence that would make all of his supporters shut up, they'd show it, but we'll find out in the trial.

Frankly, I don't care about evidence at all. That CEO was nothing more than a Corporate Serial Killer, who was living fat and happy and entitled on an income of blood money, and whoever did it, did America a favor. If I was on the jury, I would NEVER find him guilty, no matter what the evidence showed.

I was on Reddit for 12 years with nearly a million Karma, and I got permabanned soon after the Inauguration for repeating an anti-MAGA opinion I had posted numerous times before he was elected.

I came over to Lemmy, and discovered that I was only one victim of a bloodbath, demonstrating that Reddit had decided to forego their free speech mission, and grovel for their new masters. Pathetic punk ass corporation.

I never wore a Reddit shirt, but I'd happily wear a Lemmy shirt.

They tracked him for 10 days, and he only revealed his face a single time - when he quickly flashed a smile with a girl flirting with him, and that was days before the hit.

Their evidence is extremely thin, and they know it.

All they needed to do was allege that they were violent gang-members/ terrorists in order to deny them ALL their due process rights. They didn't have to prove their allegations of gang affiliations, just say it, and the Constitution goes out the window. No arraignment, no access to a lawyer, no trial, no ability to show a green card or defend themselves from the allegations. The accusation is all that stands, and it is accepted 100% without any evidence. All they have to do is point at someone, and they are sent to a foreign torture prison in a 3rd world country without a word. Its the most Gestapo policy I can think of.

If they can do it to them, they can do it to anyone, for any reason. Write something on social media, piss off your MAGA neighbor, have a co-worker who wants your position, wear a T-shirt, have a tattoo they dont understand, attend a protest, or even just your own Democratic congressman's town hall, etc., and you can be declared a national security threat, and you go to ElSalvador, or perhaps the new 30,000 bed facility currently being built in Gitmo.

What else could they have? They have a video of the crime, and the evidence they claim they found in his backpack when he was arrested, and a couple pieces of evidence they claim they found at the scene that contain his DNA.

Much of the backpack evidence is likely to be thrown out, and the video evidence is highly debateable, and easily refutable. That leaves the DNA items they claim were found at the scene, which could easily have been picked up at his hostel, and planted.

Any other evidence would be far before the crime, or far removed from it, and would be weak at best.

Oh, yeah, I get it, but that's not how laws work. The law is a two-edged sword, and they aren't just for some people, they are for ALL people. Dems need to keep reminding the Nazis that the same laws they want to apply to Dems can also be applied to them.

They see unethical behavior as their competitive advantage over their moral opponents.

When HitlerPig "won" the election, we knew that the most prolific traitor in American history was taking over the presidency, with promises to literally destroy America.

Biden had full immunity, and he easily could have said "There is no eay that im going to allow a proven traitor, who is conspiring with Putin, to take over. I am remanding him to Gitmo, with all of his henchmen, where they will remain until all investigations and trials are resolved."

Sure, MAGAworld would have screamed but who cares? Better the treasonous minority scream instead of the decent patriotic American majority.

But Biden is the typical weak spineless weenie that nearly all of our elected Democratic officials are. So he put "peaceful transfer of power" above allowing a treasonous take over and destroy our Democracy. No wonder Republicans despise Democrats for their weakness. I do too, that's why I've been an Unafilliated Independent for over 40 years. I don't want to be part of either of their sick clubs.

I've come to realize that a lot of these billionaires have mental illness, with some form of OCD/ Hoarding Syndrome. If someone hoarded cats, or newspapers, or junk cars, or any other single item the way these people hoard money when they already have more than they or all of their descendants could ever use, everyone would recognize them as having a mental illness.

But somehow, being so driven to accumulate MORE money, and to even conspire with other financial hoarders to take over entire nations to loot their economies, is considered an accepted aspect of capitalism.
