Most of those people are getting angrier by the day at what is happening to their colleagues and supervisors. If you have ever had a competent respected supervisor be replaced by an idiot, you know the frustration that literally every Federal worker is feeling.
Those people will be prime assets for leaks, malicious compliance, sabotage, etc.
