High effort is not a great thing to count on. Once these things are discovered there are all sorts of clever (or not so clever) ways to automate the effort away. Especially now with AI.

The US was also pretty sure Sadam had chemical weapons because the US sold them the precursors and empty warheads. We actually did find some of those weapons in Iraq, but not in any great quantities.

It's because of greedy capitalist fucks who are squeezing you

A healthcare system that makes everyone dependent on employers really makes it easy for them.

Medicare For All is about a lot more than just healthcare.

Couldn't we just pray it away?

If only we had some way to prevent these outbreaks.

They have no right for cameras in public.

I'm pretty sure they do. That comes along with the word "public". This sounds like ICE telling observers to stop filming.

Collecting the footage from thousands of cameras and turning it into a giant surveillance system to track everyone is a different matter, and that's what needs to be made illegal.

But there are an estimated 100-400 billion stars in the Milky Way, some of which are hundreds of solar masses, not to mention the Accretion disks of black holes all kicking out radiation. That's gotta add up to something, even with the inverse-square law fall off. The galactic core has unfathomable levels of radiation and puts out its own galactic wind, and some stars have observable bow shocks with it.

Every planet is a star which wasn't big enough. Some are just more challenged than others.

They should not have that expectation right now if they have been paying any attention at all.

I'm not trying to blame the victim here, but why would anyone not born in the US willingly board an aircraft in anything but the most pressing of circumstances right now? Are people really this oblivious to what's going on in this country? Are we still thinking it "can't happen here"? It's happening people.
