I'm not speaking for myself. I live a life that does not depend on Amazon at all. I'm just saying for those that have a hard time with letting go of habits that currently use Amazon, taking small steps gives chance for bigger steps that make a difference over time.

If the spirit of thankfulness was stronger in this country (US) than the spirit of keeping good things from "those who don't deserve it", we wouldn't be dealing with the downfall we're experiencing now.

It's never easy to go cold turkey. It's much easier to create lasting change after first trying things in smaller doses.

And I bet, if you try living without Amazon for a week, you’ll find replacements and it’ll be easier to move away from them long-term

Exactly.

Why stop there? Why not just call the whole country the United States of Trump?

I truly don't understand how to use an apple computer. It's terrible to use.

Because good times create weak people. Weak people create difficult times. Difficult times create good people. Good people create good times.

I think we're ushering into the era of weak people creating difficult times, after having good times for a while.

Edit/extra commentary: What I mean to say is, in America at least, we've elected people who are weak in character, to represent us. Money seems to matter to the people making decisions more than anything else. That in turn creates a difficult time for the people of the society that elected them. I think in a world consumed with money, fame and superficial things like that, people of good character stand out.

Please try your best to narrow it down to THREE! Can you recall which shows on TV feel synonymous with your youth? Can be your childhood phase, your adolescent phase, etc. - whatever you define as your youth!

For me: Jackie Chan Adventures, The Fresh Prince of Bel Air, Pokemon
