I said none of that. I don't know why you'd assume any of the above from an obviously simplified laymans' explanation of the concept of a download. I'm well aware of this, but my target audience may not be. Write for your audience, not for you.

Don't stop your opponent from making a mistake / furthering your own cause for you if it's a net gain. It's still a step in the right direction. It's just clear it's for ratings and nothing else. That man thinks of nothing but himself, this isn't for you or I.

The beauty of science is its establishment of facts through trial and review. You cannot fake results long term. Unfortunately for us, scientific discipline is presently being ignored. I don't think this will always be the case; I think it will be the case for a little while yet, until enough tire of it to make a difference. I think that's finally starting to make an impact.
