When I find recipes I like I make an ingredients list so I can easily add it to my shopping list when I want to make it again. My lists are setup so I can just copy the whole meal with ingredients over to the day I want to cook it then copy the ingredients list straight from there and work it into my shopping list. I include all the herbs, spices, oils etc so I can check whether I have enough of everything while I'm refining the list.
I used to just wing it in the shops and during the week but I found it hard to make new things and ended up wasting so much food. This takes a bit more time planning but everything is fresh/defrosted when I need it, theres no stress with working out what I'm making each day, and I waste significantly less.
I solved this by planning out all my dinners for the week and then buying only what I needed for those plus topping up any thing I need for breakfast, lunch and snacks. Any perishables get used because i mostly only have what I've planned for that week. I can recommend Recipe Tin Eats as a good resource for easy to cook meals.
I once watched bake off on ITV and I swear it was 10 minutes of ads to 3 minutes of show, 50min episode took like 2.5 hrs to watch, it was nuts.

If the peer review are unable to differentiate between student output and AI output then they are either incompetent or they are inundated with absolute garbage. The latter also suggests the former is true.
Yeah given the quality of AI outputs they could just read the papers to spot it .. you know .. do their jobs? I mean there's a few layers here for thesis review, the supervisor, the professor, the other peer reviewers. They are all supposed to review the paper and at least some of the data that led to its production.

Well it might make a few bucks there but it's a pretty disgusting concept. I don't really understand how there are so many people utterly devoid of empathy.
I always assumed it was an innate human trait and that someone needed to have it abused out of their brain or have some kind of mental illness. Is it even possible that this many children being mistreated so badly or have undiagnosed mental illness? That is both a shocking idea and hard to believe.
The alternative is that it's a learned trait and the parents and educators of these people have failed them so spectacularly that they can't even begin conceive of their inability to identify with another person. The cognitive dissonance required to see a person that doesn't look exactly like them as not a person is astounding.
