Is the assumption here that the navies, of the various countries that have one, capture commerce ships to bring back to the home country? If so, I have some bad news for you. Hell, even in war they don't capture said ships.

This is false, if there was evidence it would be in court. Every licensed lawyer would be filing suit. The fact there is no suit tells you there is no actual evidence.

Are you trying to make every worker a part time worker? CEO pay just need to be a multiple of the lowest paid employee. Tying it to full time work just means they'll not bring anyone to full time until there's a seriously desperate need, to make sure they're able to get obscene pay contracts.
