All this latest ruling did was support his last ruling, that deportees be given a chance to dispute their case in court. How is that "legally questionable"?

One is that it plays directly into notions of national/racial exceptionalism. "Our country/race is better than all the rest. Other nations/races should have to pay exorbitant fees just to do business with us."
Except that's not how tariffs work.
Sounds like there's nothing to dissent, here. They already ruled that detainees should be given a chance to dispute their deportation, in court. This ruling just makes sure that Trump gives them that chance.
The president doesn't decide the law. His job is to follow it.

Criticizing the president is protected speech. Retaliation by the government in response to that criticism is illegal.
What they said, was that a president can't be prosecuted for "official acts" as president. Not that everything they do is legal.
It's not a "loophole". It's just straight up illegal.
