Yeah I have to admit i like seeing my arms get bigger and body feeling stronger. Not getting tired by carrying bags, and clothes looking nicer. Its a lot of benefits. And the gym is kind of a chill place. People are relaxed and just lift some weights. I think its quite good for mental health also.

Im excited already to see where we will be. Hopefully not in the middle of a world war, then none of this matters...
