I work at a restaurant with a LOT of eggs and it is always infuriating when this happens. It's real fun when then yolk goes rogue on a set of over medium eggs and decides to escape on the flip

Parting is such sweet sorrow.
Similar, but fried and not as neat.
This morning I made egg sandwiches but the eggs cooked unevenly. When I tried to flip them, one of them was not ready and had the egg fall out similar to this, but the white was torn completely in half and the yolk started leaking
That's a big old bummer.
Right now I'm mostly into crispy eggs.
