huh uh. Then what do you think it means?
Revolt is uprising. It can be in vain, done by small numbers of people, crushed etc.
Revolution is a big change. It is usually large, well organized, and even if unsuccessful, it still results in changing the old way.
Edit: A good example would be a prison revolt by the detainees in a single establishment vs. a prison revolution meaning changing detainment rules in a whole country.
They were all priced out of booze as the world got greedier.
Because people report it more because it won't land them in prison for many years.
It is so easy to lie with statistics.
