It's a meme of a meme of a meme that the kids love. It's a meme of a YouTuber quoting a rap song about a guy playing like he's 6'7". It literally means nothing other than two numbers with the hand motion to be silly.

I asked that question a few weeks ago. My understanding is either it's claiming two things are equal when they are not (something like "BMW... Family Toyota van... And pretending to weigh them in your hands) or comparing two things that are equal but self depreciation humor that you're bad at math(like the old six on one hand half a dozen in the other but with self depreciation thrown in)
Where is the innocence the days? Back in my days, we used to shout "Skeet Skeet" on national TV before grown-ups figured out what it was.

I heard a bunch of kids yelling 67 in a supermarket the other day. I felt my IQ drop by several points just witnessing that.
An occasional acknowledgement of 69 is still nice though.
I took my kids to a tree lighting on Saturday. Small townie event near my MILs, like 30 miles from us. Affluent town. Main St. The whole thing felt like the climactic scene of a Hallmark movie. Fr.
