Gotten as a gift for the daughter. Despite it having no risk of being swallowed i assumed its still banned in the usa haha

Yeah, nah the banana is too gun-shaped to be banned in the US.

Kinder surprise chocolate eggs however are banned, since they don't meet the qualifications for the corndog exemption for food safety laws.
