Make it a one way trip for him please..

Also, he's not allowed to take his money and assets with him, leave and disperse those assets for the rest of the people here.

He can go dig for his own gold and shit and establish his own worthless economy on his dead rock if he wants, assuming he would even survive...

Mom I want a planet to destroy. We have a perfectly good planet to destroy at home. The planet we have at home:

[–] SanctimoniousApe@lemmings.world 10 points 1 day ago* (last edited 1 day ago) (1 children)

His father probably asked him "why just limit yourself to just one?" I mean... he's racked up the offspring, so why not destroy every possible option of a place for them to live?

[–] superduperenigma@lemmy.world 8 points 23 hours ago

Most of his offspring fucking hate him.

[–] SeductiveTortoise@piefed.social 8 points 18 hours ago (1 children)

and no communication devices, cameras or things like that. I don't want to hear from him again.

[–] Pringles@sopuli.xyz 4 points 15 hours ago (1 children)

Can we blow up the ship halfway and call it an oopsie?

[–] SeductiveTortoise@piefed.social 4 points 15 hours ago (1 children)

Or just land it several thousand kph faster than planned.

[–] Pringles@sopuli.xyz 5 points 15 hours ago

Show kph but use mph might do the trick

As I understand it, There's no way with current technology for a trip to Mars to be a round trip thing really. It's a one and done.

Mars colonization was intended for the first settlers to settle. Not return.

[–] CheeseNoodle@lemmy.world 3 points 13 hours ago

Technically we totally could, if you can ship 1 kilogram to mars you can ship a spaceship to mars capable of getting back with enough un-manned trips in advance. Economically feasable however it is not.

[–] otter@lemmy.ca 5 points 22 hours ago

money and assets with him

The money is of no use on Mars, and billionaires can't relocate many of their assets anyway

[–] raspberriesareyummy@lemmy.world 3 points 21 hours ago

Let "it" take the money along, it will be of no use there and won't be available on the market here, if anything, it might counter inflation for a week or two to remove it from Earth.

Let me introduce you to a show called, For All Mankind. It's on Apple TV here in Europe, not sure about the rest of the world.

Spoiler: you get exactly your wish.

[–] mycodesucks@lemmy.world 41 points 22 hours ago (1 children)

I appreciate this. I get the feeling anti-EU Europeans are going to develop greater support for the institution just as a "fuck you" to this asshole. Look how Canada came together when Trump started his 51st state bullshit.

[–] uniquethrowagay@feddit.org 30 points 16 hours ago (1 children)

The German far right party AfD loves Musk, Trump and Putin. They very much hate the EU (and happiness and all things pretty). And they're still gaining more traction.

[–] _Nico198X_@europe.pub 6 points 13 hours ago (1 children)

paint them for what they are: anti-Germany.

[–] DacoTaco@lemmy.world 0 points 10 hours ago (1 children)

Not helping, on the contrary even...

[–] _Nico198X_@europe.pub 5 points 10 hours ago (1 children)

AfD is funded by Russia. they will betray German interests at every opportunity while selling ppl rage at OTHERS.

[–] DacoTaco@lemmy.world 2 points 8 hours ago* (last edited 8 hours ago) (1 children)

I know, its a shitfest. But painting them anti germany will draw in the people that want to "break the status quo" while not knowing fully what that will bring... See america and france for example

[–] _Nico198X_@europe.pub 2 points 7 hours ago

i dunno how to stop this except to point at Brexit and Trump for what happens when you just "break the status quo" for funsies. if they can't understand why that's bad, then maybe we're just fucked.

[–] elbiter@lemmy.world 21 points 17 hours ago

Seriously, fuck this guy.

[–] D_C@sh.itjust.works 21 points 16 hours ago (1 children)

I would love a nice and peaceful world. Honestly, I would...but there are some people who deserve to be assassinated.

[–] sploder@lemmy.world 3 points 8 hours ago

He knows he deserves it, too. He’s apparently so paranoid he has constant security detail. I hope one of them gets a wild hair one day. Miserable piece of shit.

[–] HugeNerd@lemmy.ca 14 points 15 hours ago (2 children)

I wonder what laws the EU has enacted that bother him. Does the EU do that? What does the EU do, exactly? Have giant committees to decide the shape and size of the stars on the EU flag?

[–] TankovayaDiviziya@lemmy.world 31 points 14 hours ago (1 children)
[–] HugeNerd@lemmy.ca 11 points 14 hours ago

Ah, there we go. Thanks. I really can't keep up with the world anymore, but Musk, like Trump, is the furthest thing from a statesman. It's all interest with these guys, not values or philosophies.

[–] ooli3@sopuli.xyz 8 points 14 hours ago

X just received a fine of 100+ millions for disobeying the EU laws. Musk political sense go as far as his wallet

[–] arc99@lemmy.world 2 points 7 hours ago

Elon is too chickenshit to sit on top of one his own rockets let alone go to Mars. He has bigged it up in the past, but he's a coward and he'll make some lame excuse why some other poor bastards should go on the one way trip and not him.

[–] Jankatarch@lemmy.world 1 points 7 hours ago

Tbf it isn't censored in the US either.

[–] Darkness343@lemmy.world -2 points 8 hours ago

Europe, please do something good for all mankind and nuke the shite out of the US.
