You can also just pick and choose what you want from each and every side, and leave what you don't like on the table.
Like a buffet.
But people tend to get really really angry at you when you do this, and label you whatever side they hate most.
I'm all for healthcare "rationing", that is cost-effectiveness analysis for both public and insurance-funded healthcare and setting a cap that will exclude even some evidence-based interventions.

Any Abrahamic religion that's practiced is someone participating in a fraud, most of the time without cognizance of it. I got outside that system some time back, and have never been better off since.
By the way, all three Abrahamic religions are owned by the Popes of Rome.
