Lol. If he's worried about 'unflattering headlines' he should be looking at firing more than just that dude.

[–] nymnympseudonym@piefed.social 26 points 1 day ago (3 children)

And ofc it begs the question of which podcaster/Foxnews host/grifter will be next

[–] ininewcrow@lemmy.ca 15 points 1 day ago

They'll give the job to an AI bot account based in Nigeria

[–] FuglyDuck@lemmy.world 6 points 1 day ago (1 children)

which one sucks the best dick? that one.

[–] HeyThisIsntTheYMCA@lemmy.world 8 points 1 day ago (1 children)

You can't be president and head of the fbi

[–] FuglyDuck@lemmy.world 4 points 1 day ago

loolz.... touche.

[–] circuitfarmer@lemmy.world 3 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Honestly Crowder is probably an actual improvement on that one, don't get me wrong he's an odious piss bag but I don't think he is actively that stupid and may actually be aware of how incompetent he is which would allow the FBI to do its job.

[–] Kolanaki@pawb.social 3 points 1 day ago

He should resign instead of giving the media even more reason for unflattering headlines.

[–] HeyThisIsntTheYMCA@lemmy.world 21 points 1 day ago (3 children)

Oh that's gonna end with Patel leaking the unredacted Epstein-Trump files.

[–] Hideakikarate@sh.itjust.works 11 points 1 day ago

This is the same guy that wrote 3 books about how he and Trump were gonna save the States. I'm almost sure that Kash is just happy that Trump knows his name.

[–] Soup@lemmy.world 8 points 1 day ago (2 children)

As if these people had the backbone required for that.

[–] HeyThisIsntTheYMCA@lemmy.world 2 points 20 hours ago (1 children)

and while i'm dreaming i'd like a pony

[–] Realspecialguy@lemmy.world 1 points 6 minutes ago

Thats gay, probably.

[–] Auli@lemmy.ca 1 points 6 hours ago (1 children)

As if anyone has the backbone for that. People seem very weak and comfortable and unwilling to do anything. I've always wondered how X could have happened when looking at history. Now I know apathy.

[–] MagicShel@lemmy.zip 1 points 5 hours ago (1 children)

Hey any one of us could step up and make the decision to sacrifice everything for a shot at the king in some way. I don't see anyone joining the FBI just to leak this info and spring years in prison, or advocating even more extreme actions. Anyone casting stones risks adding hypocrisy to apathy.

No but people in the military could start refusing orders. People in power could be actually held accountable. The maximum evil could be conservative democrats but instead morons worship Trump as the country rapidly decends further(it’s already there) into fascism.

The easiest one, especially in a recession, is that people could stop buying so much garbage from corporations. Like, do people really need to drink so much fucking bottled water from Nestle? Do they need all this crap from Amazon? Can they not wait a couple days to get something with slower shipping? Do they need to pay for Youtube Premium after the company gave tens of millions worth of aid to Israel’s propaganda machine(I cancelled mine immediately)? I straight up gave up buying most cookies and started making my own more often simply because the ones from Canada that I liked started coming plastic packages for some fucking reason.

I’m not demanding anyone assassinate Trump but for crying out loud could ya put in the smallest amount of effort to deal with being slightly inconvenienced because you can’t get prime shipping or slam 2L bottles of cola? And if the US can’t handle those basic things then they clearly don’t want things to actually be better, or at least they aren’t willing to be even a small part of the solution. Not everyone needs to be an action hero but fucking do something.

Also, because some smart-ass will bring it up, I’m not talking about stuff that unfortunately lacks reliable alternatives. It’s hard to get away from smartphone companies, Linux is easier every day but still has a strong reputation for being tricky, and I tried to get non-US mandolin strings but I really found the other options to lack the necessary basic level of quality(and at least their company seems to be run decently).

[–] Salamanderwizard@lemmy.world 12 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Part of me hopes it backfires, and Kash does something crazy like releases all the files.

Could he do that?

[–] MrVilliam@sh.itjust.works 1 points 1 day ago

According to Kash, the files are controlled by the director of the FBI. So yeah, I'm thinking he can and should do that now while he's still director of the FBI. But I'm betting he won't because he's too much of a yesman lackey coward pissboy. Prove me wrong, Kash.

[–] altphoto@lemmy.today 10 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Nah, he's totally fine. We don't want yet another crazy....not Greene, please not Greene!

[–] rigatti@lemmy.world 9 points 1 day ago (2 children)

There's no way it would be Greene. They've been at each other's throat lately.

[–] altphoto@lemmy.today 3 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Hopefully someone who follows the rule of law a little better.

[–] Almacca@aussie.zone 4 points 1 day ago
[–] Auli@lemmy.ca 1 points 6 hours ago

Just an act. Make it seem she is different. Then when people turn on Trump oh look she has been against him. Which is more then the left has been doing.

[–] Tolookah@discuss.tchncs.de 8 points 1 day ago

Seeing that he fully trusts the news, can they start reporting that he's thinking of getting rid of any one and maybe it'll happen?

[–] vegeta@lemmy.world 7 points 1 day ago

Rudy 4 Director

[–] Cyberflunk@lemmy.world 6 points 1 day ago

put him to death you fucking coward

[–] kylie_kraft@lemmy.world 5 points 1 day ago

is this like how Hegseth has been about to be fired since March?

[–] Nasan@sopuli.xyz 4 points 17 hours ago

A week after being fired:

A Plot Against The King 4: First Blood Part I

[–] ianhclark510@lemmy.blahaj.zone 3 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Hell yeah, first he’s cutting ties with the HJ, now he’s cutting Kash Patel, when Trump shoots himself in the foot the country prospers

[–] Wilco@lemmy.zip 3 points 17 hours ago (1 children)

If Trump shoots himself it should not be in the foot.

[–] MagicShel@lemmy.zip 1 points 5 hours ago (1 children)

Hitler is a role model of his.

[–] 100_kg_90_de_belin@feddit.it 2 points 4 hours ago

Say what you want about Hitler, but he's the guy who shot Hitler. Credit where credit is due.

[–] zod000@lemmy.dbzer0.com 2 points 1 day ago

Just imagine how big his eyes will bug out when that happens!
