I believe this is the top of a mostly bald man's head with glasses and googly eyes and him creasing his eyebrows together to make it appear that he has a nose.
The upper chest and beginning of cleavage is my guess. The 'nose' looks like the space between breasts.

Why not eyebrows?
I wear contacts and i don't remove them very often.
All I remember is having a constant mild headache by straining muscles I'm no longer able to strain, so I'm unsure if my sight have gotten worse or if I have just gotten used to the muscular comfort of wearing glasses.
