Regardless of it's accuracy, I'm sure it pisses off Trump, so that's good. That being said, it's pretty clear the brothers are joking, and doesn't have any details that has been corroborated. Sure it'd be funny and gross if it were true, but just because we want to believe doesn't mean we should throw away all logical reasoning to get to the conclusions we want.
