It does matter a little bit if you remember that a whole lot of people are like sheep. If some belief is popular, then they're much more likely to believe it themselves.

Yet at least 2/3 of those who blame Trump will continue to vote for Republicans that enable him.
Unlike a most presidents where economic changes are often not the direct result of their policies, such as oil costs fluctuations caused by OPEC decisions, today's economic disaster is almost entirely caused by his random tariffs and other meddling in international trade. I'm disappointed that 37% still can't understand the blindingly obvious, but at least more people are catching on.

He’s already the most disliked president in American History which is saying something considering Andrew Jackson exists. I don’t think a “dip” in approval matters at this point.
