The bcndp really screwed up here!

This is why I support the bc greens instead.

What is the Green's position on this? The NDP are a minority government and the Greens have just enough seats to topple it, so I have to assume they don't think this would be worth it?

The bc greens would certainly follow the environmental assessment. They have opposed the construction of the Site C dam and LNG export facilities.

The bcndp have 47 members so they have a narrow majority, it would take one ndp mla to break from the pack for the government to be toppled.

Ah, I must have read the Wikipedia page wrong. I thought it said "slim minority". Well it's good to hear the Greens aren't in bed with this!

I don't understand how BC's NDP can be called a true NDP party when their idea of land stewardship is to allow the rape of BC forests and unfettered mining.

They act more like a Conservative party.

The NDP has spent generations whining about the Liberals campaigning to the left, and governing to the right, but every time they come to power they do the same fucking shit.

It's rank hypocracy.

In BC anyway. Manitoba's Wab Kinew is doing great, but that's mostly due to him being a true NDP'er vs whatever BC's NDP is.

Lol, doesn't need an environmental assessment because it's already decimated the area. What's another few square kilometers eh?
