- No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning

Sure, though "all of it" is unnecessary. Certainly he'll be given a piece of the pie in the form of business deals to develop the resorts. Totally reasonable.
Oh BTW, Putin is the one who has his ear and talks about "liberating" Crimea. this only goes another direction if $omeone $omehow convince$ him. I fear Putin's private coffers are unparalleled, even by Musk. Putin is the king oligarch. The western oligarchs worship his money.
Because there is money to be made. It's just that simple.
One of the worst things about the current Labour government in the UK is the Blair has climbed out from the slimy rock he's been hiding under and now shows his face like he's anything but a liar, a war criminal and a grifter.
