💥 At least two drones struck the "Radio Plant" in Penza — ASTRA analysis

ASTRA analyzed the morning footage from Penza and confirmed that the target was indeed the JSC "Radio Plant" located at Baidukova Drive, 1.

The plant occupies an entire block bordered by Baidukova and Litvinova Streets. One of the main gates is on Litvinova — it can be seen in the screenshots from online maps.

Across the street is a hardware store with black and yellow buildings, also visible in the video. A metal hangar is clearly seen behind the store. In the background, a tower can be identified, and satellite images show blue-roofed hangars on the Radio Plant's territory — not far from the gate on Litvinova.

The video shows a drone hitting the plant's grounds while smoke is already rising, meaning there was at least one prior strike.

Ukrainian OSINT project CyberBoroshno also confirms that the JSC "Radio Plant" sustained at least two hits.

The JSC "Radio Plant" is one of Russia’s key radio-electronics manufacturers. It produces equipment for modern mobile automated command-and-control systems for military forces and weapons.

This includes command posts like PU-12M6, PU-12M7, and mobile radar data processing stations such as PORI-P1M, PORI-P2VM, and MP-32M1.

Some of this equipment is used to control UAVs that adjust artillery fire and guide missile strikes.
