What I like about this is that it's not just later in the day -- in the second panel she is pregnant with no baby, then has a baby, then a toddler and is pregnant, then a kindergartener and a toddler. It's probably at least 4 years later!

oh your right. I just was the husband and kids and thought she was just representing doing stuff during the day. That is so much funnier.
