it is not a very uplifting news. I would leave the vote to general public before taking any action though.

I'm upvoting this one, normally i'd only find a positive and definite ruling actual news, but this singular guy fighting a goliath is inspiring enough to be good news to me. But i dont think i would upvote If it were some rich guy.

I find a lot of inspiration, optimism and hope in a "simple guy" taking on a large financial institution to right a wrong. But i understand if that is not how the majority sees it.
